The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) has issued a guidance regarding Requirements for Extending or Transferring a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) Licence. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis based on the overall impact on the integrity of the insolvency system.
The guidance outlines how licence extension and transfer requests may be submitted, under what circumstances these requests are required, as well as the information to be submitted with each respective request.
