The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) has released an update to the existing OSB Licence Administration Application (OLAA), which will allow you to register counsellors, cancel registrations, and update the information for BIA Insolvency Counsellors online, without the need to upload supporting PDFs.
You can now submit your request(s) directly through OLAA and there is no need to submit proof of completed counsellor sessions, resumes, or proof of education. You can view the status of your application(s), as well as find the counsellor registration number for new applicants on your trustee dashboard in OLAA. Please note that you will no longer receive a confirmation email indicating that an applicant is registered.
